Draft for legal review — not final
Text in [square brackets] must be confirmed by Roy Sunpayco and reviewed by a lawyer before this page is published. This page is not legal advice.
1. What FindPropertyPH is
FindPropertyPH is an online marketplace where property owners, agents and brokers can list properties for free, and where people looking to buy or rent can search and contact the listing's lister directly. [Our role, and any disclaimers that follow from it, to be confirmed by counsel.]
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. Listings
- Only list a property you own, or that you are authorised in writing to list.
- Information, prices and photos must be accurate and must not mislead. Upload only photos you have the right to use.
- Every listing is reviewed before it is published. We may return a listing for changes or remove it, with a reason shown to the lister.
- Changes to a live listing are reviewed again before the updated listing is shown.
4. Professional profiles
If you publish a professional profile, the licence information you give must be true. Do not claim a verification you do not have. Licence labels are explained on our Trust and verification page.
5. Inquiries
An inquiry is sent only to the listing's owner or professional, and only with the sender's consent. Use inquiries for genuine questions about a property. Do not use them to send spam, unsolicited marketing or harassing messages.
6. Payments and transactions
FindPropertyPH does not handle payments, deposits or reservations. Any agreement or payment between a buyer and a lister is made directly between them, and they are responsible for verifying the property, its documents and each other.
7. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, complete or available, or that any transaction will be completed. [Limitation of liability and disclaimers to be drafted and confirmed by counsel.]
8. Removal
We may remove a listing, suspend an account or refuse to publish content that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is misleading or unsafe.
9. Governing law and changes
[Governing law and dispute process to be confirmed by counsel.] [How we will notify users of changes to these terms — to be confirmed.]
