How it works

Find property. List free. Connect direct.

Listing is free. Buyers and renters search, then contact the owner, agent or broker behind each listing directly. Here is what happens at each step.

If you are looking to buy or rent

  1. Search

    Filter by sale or rent, property type, location, price and bedrooms. Only listings that have been reviewed and published appear in search.

  2. Check who posted it

    Every listing says whether it was posted by an owner or by an agent or broker. Professionals show whether their PRC licence is verified. What these labels mean.

  3. Send your inquiry

    Give your name, email and optional mobile number, then tick the consent box. Your message goes only to the listing's owner or professional. It is not passed to anyone else.

  4. Talk and agree the details directly

    The lister replies to your email. FindPropertyPH does not handle payments, deposits or reservations, so please verify the property and the lister before paying anything.

Search properties

If you own the property

  1. Confirm you can list it

    Confirm that you own the property, or that the owner has authorised you in writing. You do this in your account before you create a listing.

  2. Create your listing

    Add the price, size, location and a description, plus at least one photo. Listing is free. Your login email is never shown publicly.

  3. We review it before it goes live

    Our team checks each listing before it is published. If something needs fixing, we send it back to you with a note. Edits to a live listing go through review again.

  4. Receive inquiries

    Buyers' messages arrive in your account and by email. You reply to them directly.

If you are an agent or broker

  1. Create a professional profile

    Add your name, brokerage, headline, website and social pages. Your profile is separate from your login account.

  2. Add your PRC licence number (optional)

    We check it against PRC records. Until we do, your page says the licence is not yet verified. Read how verification works.

  3. Publish listings under your name

    Listings show your profile, and inquiries come straight to you.

What FindPropertyPH does and does not do

  • We review listings before they are published, and we remove listings that break our rules.
  • We send each inquiry to the listing's own owner or professional, and to no one else.
  • We do not handle payments, deposits or reservations, and we do not check land titles or property documents.
  • We do not guarantee any property, price or transaction. Please verify before you commit.
